At Skatepark of Tampa, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; please note that assembled custom skateboards cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the original packing slip before shipping the package to our Tampa warehouse using your preferred tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our crew inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
